We are Cindy “Summer” Perez and Bethany Martinez, the founders of Pass the Task—an agency dedicated to providing bilingual virtual assistants, trained by realtors, for real estate professionals.
Cindy is a real estate broker-associate with the Ivan and Mike Team at Compass Florida. Bethany is the Principal of the BeMar Team and a broker-associate at Related ISG.
These bilingual Latinas serve on the Board of Directors at NAHREP, the largest Hispanic organization for Real Estate Professionals, with over 100 chapters and 40,000 members nationwide. Cindy is the 2024 Vice President for NAHREP South Florida, a top-10 chapter in the nation with over 1,000 members.
They are also on the BOD at Miami Realtors YPN, where Bethany served as the 2021 President.
